WHY BECOME AN ASSOCIATE MEMBER?The Illinois Association of Regional Councils (ILARC) welcome membership from regional councils, as well as, corporations, academic, not-for-profits, civic organizations and individuals who are interested in being part of planning efforts across Illinois.
